We take payment when you place your order. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away with your order number, which starts with #ATM.
Changed your mind? You can cancel in your account within 15 minutes of ordering, or email us after that. If we can't send your order, we'll refund you in full.
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and payments are handled by our payment providers to the PCI DSS security standard. We never see or store your full card number.
We'll never ask for your card details by email or phone.
Refunds always go back to the payment method you used. We aim to refund within 5 working days of receiving your return, and always within 14 days.
